We are presently a semi-private golf club. The Non-equity Membership Deposit amount is currently $24,000. The cost of this deposit will increase to new Memberships, over time, to $30,000. The Deposit is returned, 100%, upon reissuance of the membership after you resign from the Club. The resignation process currently is taking approximately 1 year to complete. Please call the Club for the current Deposit amount as it is subject to change.

Eagle Bend Memberships are "Family" memberships. Family Membership includes both parents and all children under the age of 23 years and living at home. As a member, the entire family has unlimited rounds of golf for the monthly fee of $183 for the 2007 season.

These are a few facts about the Membership plan that explain why memberships are moving so quickly. Remember, you receive 100% of your Membership Deposit back upon re-issuance when resigning from the Club. There is no transfer fee. The Monthly dues provide the entire family with unlimited rounds of golf for the month. Monthly Dues can not be raised more than 10% per year per the Membership Plan . There are no monthly minimum fees in the Restaurant or Pro Shop and the Membership can not be assessed for capital improvements per the Membership Plan!
