We are presently a semi-private golf club with less than 100 memberships available. The Non-equity Membership Deposit amount is $18,000. This Deposit is returned, 100%, upon reissuance of the membership after you resign from the Club. We will be a private club after the sale of these remaining memberships.

Eagle Bend Memberships are "Family" memberships. Family Membership includes both parents and all children under the age of 23 years and living at home. As a member, the entire family has unlimited rounds of golf for the monthly fee of $167.

Remember, you receive 100% of your Membership Deposit back upon re-issuance when resigning from the club. There is no transfer fee. The Monthly dues provide the entire family with unlimited rounds of golf for the month. Monthly Dues can not be raised more than 10% per year per the Membership Plan . There are no monthly minimum fees in the Restaurant or Pro Shop and the membership can not be assessed for capitol improvements per the Membership Plan!
